Geha Laverman has single-sided knife steel in
several qualities in stock:
Standard knife steel sizes are cut
from wear-resistant sheet material HARDOX. This material has high wear resistance and high resistance to heavy impact loads and
bending stresses. Properties that make for a
baking knife are extremely important. Geha Laverman supplies this standard knife steel from stock in HARDOX 500 quality, if required
with material certificate.

This standard knife steel is made of a Boron steel and has excellent
properties and is widely used for
less heavily loaded parts. It is wear-resistant and comes in standard roller lengths with a
hardness of approx. 500 HB.
