Geha Laverman's already wide delivery programme was recently expanded with the Washbear. German company Moerschen designed this extremely simple but highly effective separator. Ideal for separating broken rubble fractions, but also gravel.
With a weight of 9100 kg and a transport width of 2.44 metres, the Washbear is easily mobile but also stationary when processing granular mix into a clean end product. It can also be used when sorting construction and demolition waste.
Thanks to the use of a high-grade steel conveyor screw, instead of the commonly used conveyor belt, the Washbear's operating and maintenance costs are particularly low. In addition, the automatic water dosing ensures that - with average use - water consumption per day is reduced to a maximum of 8 m3 per day remains limited. Waste water is missing. Operating the Washbear is extremely simple.
As standard, the machine has a capacity of up to 100 m3 per hour. An L version with conveyor and speed controller is also available, with a capacity of up to 150 m3 per hour.
