The Wear IQ maintenance system provides full control over installed wear parts and simplifies maintenance. Wear IQ's interactive interface allows you to track, report and optimise the wear parts in your equipment.

Mobile interface and web interface
Intuitive web and mobile app interface allowing your team to control maintenance activities for each individual wear part in the machine in one common area
Parts and stock management
View and historical activities configure your wear parts and view product information. Manage overview drawings and link to any location of wear parts in the machine
Analysis and reporting
Monitor the current state of each wear part through interactive graphics. Analyse historical and expected performance to support optimisation and planning
Order requests
View stock levels and add items from your stock to create an order request for the Hardox® Wearparts centre with the information to process your request quickly
Field report
The mobile app gives technicians a tool to track and report on-site status. Maintain full control of wear parts in the machine and report deviations, daily production and maintenance
Dashboards
The dashboard provides you with a clear overview of key machine data, such as deviation reporting, production data and expected performance of wear parts.
The Wear IQ system is currently available in partnership with certain service centres.
