Magotteaux ® impact mouldings

Geha Laverman supplies high quality impact rails from Magotteaux®
These parts have a proven better quality, resulting in higher service lives
possible. Wear-reducing, maintenance-friendly and better quality of the end product. Geha Laverman supplies these products exclusively for the Netherlands and Flanders, partly from stock or ex factory.

Through close cooperation with both customer, engineering, and the foundry
it is possible to make modifications in terms of material composition and shape of the existing castings. In addition, making completely new models is also among the possibilities.

In consultation, and on a contract basis, limited stockholding of critical castings is also an option.

Castings in the crusher

Available for many crusher types in different material qualities and designs. Crusher plates, Cones, mantles, grinding beams, crusher plates, side plates, chocks for jaw crushers, impact rails, prall plates monoblocks, backplates. Through close cooperation with both customer, engineering, and the foundries it is possible to make modifications in terms of material composition and shape of existing castings. In addition, making complete new models is also among the possibilities. In consultation, and on a contract basis, limited stockholding of critical castings is also an option.

Hardox® wearparts in the crusher

Geha Laverman is one of the world's largest Hardox® wearparts centres.
In Zaandam, wear parts for crusher applications are manufactured from various Hardox® grades in the company's own workshop.  
Partly due to our own engineering, it is possible to modify these parts entirely according to customer requirements. The large stock of Hardox® material at Geha Laverman and the extensive production capacity then make it possible to manufacture and deliver the desired wear parts quickly and professionally.

Cladding plates, prall plates, backplates, beater plates, beater bar holders, hammers, rotor discs, rotor shafts, bottom sieves, side guides for pouring points, bottom plates, feed chutes, sieve plates, sieve baskets, etc. and the parts for
the machinery around the crusher, bucket knives, bases for bucket revision and teeth.

Crusher specials

Thanks to many years of experience, it is possible to assist customers with knowledge and expertise for the modification of crushers. It is also possible to overhaul or rebuild existing rotors, modify housings, landfill points, screen constructions or plate belts.

Geha Laverman also supplies, among others, special fasteners for mounting castings and cladding plates in the crusher housing, chain curtains
in various designs but also, for example, the screening decks for surrounding screening plants.

Magotteaux® has in its programme vertical crushers of the 'Mag' impact® type with processing capacities possible from 80-450 tonnes/hour.
Can be carried out for both stationary and tracked mobile setups. Applied for high-quality crushing of minerals, rock, gravel, recycling concrete, asphalt, slag, etc.

With over 2,000 employees worldwide, Magotteaux produces numerous products for mining, sand and gravel extraction and recycling companies.

The branch in Aubrives, France, specializes in castings for the demolition and shredding industry as used in rotary crushers, hammer mills and shredders. In 1997, this led to the development of X-win, a revolutionary composite material in the wear technology.

Magotteaux gives high priority to innovation. In the last three years, a new generation of Recyx blow bars has been developed for the recycling industry, where the life is further extended (more durable than X-win), without the risk of fracture. At Magotteaux safety is indeed paramount.

Recyx, martensitic alloy blow bars, have the same tensile strength (with an impact strength greater than 100 J/cm22) as Xwin blow bars.

Geha Laverman has been working with this high-tech company for more than 25 years.

Wear IQ,

A new mobile application from SSAB that allows customers to better monitor the condition of wear parts in the crusher. This gives the user an 'up to date' insight, and maintenance of the wear parts can be better planned which can minimise crusher plant downtime.
