The future of mobile recycling

Science, but no longer fiction since Geha Laverman's Open Days on 10 and 11 June this year: the PT1.1Pro. Pralltec had only one goal in mind when designing this machine, to develop a, in terms of performance and stability, uncompromising mobile crusher. Ideally suited for on-site processing of, for example, reinforced concrete and other difficult-to-process construction waste, user-friendly, rapidly operational and flexibly deployable. The result is spectacular.

The Pralltec PT1.1Pro is equipped with hydraulic prall walls that can deflect 280 mm to prevent interfering materials from entering the crusher chamber. The rotor is driven by a 132kW diesel-electric motor. Pralltec's years of experience with stationary crushers is reflected in the concept. No 'rocket-science', but proven technology with, for example, Hardox wear components and Siemens electronic controls. The PT1.1Pro is exceptionally reliable in operation. Changing wear parts such as prall plates is very easy; downtime is thus kept to a minimum.

With a throughput of up to 350 tonnes per hour, this mobile crusher can certainly be called distinctive in its class. The design takes into account connecting options such as conveyors, magnets, etc.
